The Chinese Shaolin Center of Norcross was first of three schools established in 1986 under the instruction of Senior Master Gary Grooms. In October 2004, after 18 years at the same location, the school relocated and now offers a fresh look and a 1200 square foot training space. The facility has a strong Asian flair from its colors to its artwork and is enhanced by a carpeted gymnastics floor which helps to eliminate joint stress and injuries.

Today, in its current Norcross location, Sifu Katherine Myrick and a large number of Master Grooms’ high ranking students, continue the tradition of providing high quality, traditional Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi. Modeling patience and persistence, the instructors strive to provide the best training and techniques necessary to develop the skills required for each student to achieve their goals and maximize their experience in their martial arts training.

Take I-285 to exit 31B Peachtree Industrial Blvd North
Follow that to Jimmy Carter Blvd.
Make a left at end of ramp, going under Peachtree Industrial Blvd.
Make a left at the first light into the LA Fitness Center. The school is to the left of LA Fitness on the second floor.
