The Chinese Shaolin Center Marietta opened its doors in August of 1993. It is located in Marietta on the corner of Canton Rd & Piedmont Rd in the Piedmont Walk Shopping Center (about 2.5 miles from Town Center Mall). The Chinese Shaolin Center Marietta is owned and operated by 6th degree Master Michael Reid, the ranking student of the Atlanta area Chinese Shaolin Centers. The Center features two training areas that are equipped with raised impact-resistant training floors. The training atmosphere reflects the students of the Center: friendly and energetic, yet serious about martial arts growth and development.

Master Reid and instructors of the Chinese Shaolin Center-Marietta work daily to provide an atmosphere in the Center's adult Kung Fu and Internal Arts program and the Youth Kung Fu program that encourages students to look inside of themselves and find new levels of achievement. The school also helps out in the community by giving demonstrations, free seminars, and contributing to charities. Master Reid personally gives Tai Chi and Kung Fu workshops in many locations throughout Cobb and surrounding counties, and he speaks to both adult and youth organizations.

From Atlanta
I-75 North to exit 267A Hwy 5/Canton Hwy North
Stay on Hwy 5/Canton Hwy North two or three miles. On the left side of the road,
there will be a shopping center named Piedmont Walk. Turn left.
The yellow Kung Fu/Tai Chi sign will be seen in the corner of the shopping center.
If you pass an Eckerd's Drug store, you have passed the shopping center.
