| In Atlanta the Shaolin Art
continues to thrive as Senior Master Gary Grooms, a private student of Shaolin
Grandmaster Sin Kwang The', passes on the teachings and techniques of
the most complete and comprehensive martial art system in the world. Master
Grooms, one of few authentic Shaolin Masters in the United States today,
has undergone extensive training in many Shaolin styles and has been required
to master several complete Shaolin Systems. He is especially noted for
his ability to achieve snapping power in almost any technique, his technical
understanding of body mechanics and his in-depth knowledge and understanding
of internal arts and qi gong training.
Senior Master Grooms is an internationally recognized master of kung-fu and Tai Chi who currently lives in St. Petersburg, Florida. However, he continues to visit Atlanta on a regular basis. Master Grooms has
worked with numerous professional athletes and has appeared on local
