Formal Testing for the Chinese Shaolin Centers of Atlanta took place on Friday January 20, 2012.  It was conducted by Master Reid, Sifu Gilchrist and Sifu Otto at the CSC-Marietta.  All students were well prepared and performed well.  Great job guys we are proud of each of your personal improvements!

Chinese New Year is January, 23rd, 2012, the year of the Dragon.

We will celebrate Chinese New Year on the following Saturday night, January 28th. Kris Cargile has agreed to host the event. Kris lives less than a mile away from the school on Rosedale. And, thanks to Ian Turner, we'll be able to sample our own special beer...All CSC Atlanta Students and family members are invited and encouraged to attend this event!  The kid's will have their party during class time 11-12:30 on Saturday, January 21. There will be games, prizes, and other goodies. Parents, I was planning to provide a small treat (cupcakes).
