Sifu Sam began his training under Senior Master Gary Grooms in 1994. Since then, he has become one of the top students in Atlanta.  He is well-rounded in his kung fu abilities, but is especially skilled in ground fighting.  He is committed to bettering himself and all those around him.  For more than 10 years now, Sifu Sam has worked as a youth pastor at the same church, where he helps young people overcome the struggles in their lives.

In 2005, Sifu Sam made the decision to share his innate understanding and acquired knowledge of our art when he opened the Chinese Shaolin Center-Conyers location.   Sifu Sam is very grateful for the excellent teachings he has received and works diligently to pass on the essence of those teachings to others.
